RecommendedNice staff and clean place. Just a nail trim this time but they were quick and did a good job.
I would highly advise against using Banfield as they do not have experienced vets and they charge outrageous prices. I recently had to go to one because it was a Sun and my vet was not open. Was the worst mistake and a waste of time and money.
Such a caring team, they made sure all of my questions were answered and we have a great wellness plan for my diabetic doggie.
First off we love Banfield, but not this location. Our dog had a swollen inflamed spot that was developing a scab and blistering. We took him in after taking him to various Banfields for the past 8 years and they would not even look at my dog. They said they couldn't see him for at least 3 days and gave no recommendations. We took him to the Banfield on Metcalf and he was seen in 20 minutes. He needed antibiotics, the spot shaved and cleaned, and we were told it would have gotten much worse if we waited another 3 days.
