Dr. Bell is amazing! I feel like she really cares about my pup and she doesn't order unnecessary tests. Prices are pretty reasonable on the wellness plan.

This place doesn't give a crap about animals they only care about this plan thing and if you have money. Ok so heres the story. My friend called this place told them clearly that she was homeless and had no money they told her they would help her. Banfield is OK, decent vet and very professional. They do not see exotic pets or emergencies. But for basics like your dog's rabies shot, they are like any other vet. However, do NOT get sucked into their "wellness plan". It is a waste of money you will not be able to escape from. I tried to cancel my Wellness plan with Banfield back in October 2015. Long story short, they are still taking my money despite all contact from me. That being said, I am seriously considering suing...they have been essentially robbing me for month... read more
I have had both of my dogs in recently. I have just moved to the area and they received better care there than back home at their vet. Thank you banfield staff for taking care of my babies.
