Horrible place! This is the 2nd time I have been turned away from them when my dog has an urgent illness! I can’t believe these people claim to care for pets when they tell me to go somewhere else when my dog is terribly sick with a fever!!! Obviously if it weren’t urgent, then I wouldn’t mind making an appointment for a later day, but not this issue! I will never go to this ridiculous place again!

I'm sure it depends on the location you go to, but in Reno, Nevada, these guys are awesome! I have been to two locations and both have been really sweet and understanding of my pup, who is a little on the timid side with new situations. The Doctors have all been super nice and I really appreciate their candor with the price and what it includes with the Wellness Plans. I recommend them for anyone that needs vet assistance/check ups, but needs to work within their budget.
Very friendly and takes good and loving care towards the animals. And a reasonable price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
