I do NOT recommend and highly advise anyone considering this place as a vet to reconsider. Anyone currently taking their pet here, I urge you to find a local vet instead. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call you back when you leave a message. They also still have Covid practices in place of having you drop off your pet instead of seeing the doctor directly, which makes it almost impossible to advocate for your furry family member. This Warwick facility and their Banfield Hospital health care plan is good in theory for healthy pets and if you do not need their services in any kind of hurry, such as with a sick animal. They certainly are not a "hospital"in the true sense and that is very misleading. Recently I had a very sick pet and they could not get me in for over a week and that was just a drop off, where I could not go in with my pet during the visit.
