They seemed more interested in getting me into a $450 annual spend for insurance then actually doing a comprehensive examination of my cat. It’s a week later the problem is still persistent so I’m going to have to bring my pet to a real veterinarian and not a pet smart marketing program. Stay far away from these quacks the only thing they really want to examine is your wallet!
My cat saw Dr. Archie and she was wonderful with my pet. Very kind, caring, great bedside manner. She took a lot of time to examine my cat and didn't seem rushed. She seems like a true animal lover, which is important in a veterinarian! I would definitely consider bringing my pet back to Banfield in the future. Thank you for your wonderful service!
