Banfield as a whole i highly recommend, but after the last year I would stay far away from the location in Monroeville. Greensburg and Washington are far better, to both their patients and their parents!
We were a walk in on Sunday and after having my dog in there and they found out he had Lyme disease, something my vet on Wednesday didn’t bother to even test for...we decided to switch vets! They were very thorough and gentle with Oscar!
Worst place to take a pet. They prescribe medications for your pet, but don't take notes as far as how much to give your pet. You ask a doctor to call you back, but unless it's the doctor who happened to see your pet that specific time they won't call you back nor help you unless you decide to book another appointment and pay them more money. These people don't care.
Today we put Jack of 14 years old to rest. The staff was very kind and treated Jack with much care and kindness. They took great care of us all. My greatest thanks to the veterinarian and his staff. Sincerely, The Belin Family
I wasn't really a dog lover but had to take on the responsibility of taking care of my daughters dog. With the Wellness plan and the staff at Banfield, the task became very easy. The staff are patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you Banfield staff.
I have had 7 dogs on the wellness plan at the same time. It made health care for them affordable. I now have 5 and all are covered in the plan. I love the staff . They know my dogs and take very good care of them.
