RecommendedThey are very friendly, make sure to know your pet by name and address them as well as you. They never make me feel stupid when I ask what something means or why a test needs run. They also never do anything without your consent. Unlike emergency vet hospitals that do whatever they want then bill you hundreds of dollars on the spot Banfield has pet plans that allows you to get your pet the help it needs without breaking your bank. They are a wonderful vet and I'd recommend them to anyone!!!!
I got a new puppy two weeks ago and the AKC gave us a voucher for a free visit to Banfield. I took my pup and he was given vaccines and saw a female vet that was very nice. She told me that my pup needed a DHLP vaccine this week and to bring him back for a technician vaccine visit that another doctor visit was not needed. they legit killed my dog. all in one month. they told me my dog had breast cancer the needed all these test to confirm it and it needes removed so i took her in for surg she came home and didnt get better i took her in for 10 day check up and told them my concerns, then her uterus became infected(pyometra) and need a second back to back emergency surgery. i was exhusted it spending 2,000+ in 3 weeks. then after surg my dog was doing way better then 3 weeks later she got extremely sick i call for them to exam her and instead ... read more
I had a great experience taking my dog to Banfield Pet Hospital in Monroeville today. Since we are social distancing... I was not able to go inside with my dog. Thankfully the staff is amazing & helped put my mind at ease. He was in lots of pain and everyone, but very patient & sweet with my little guy. Thanks for taking care of my boy. He’s starting to feel better already. We will definitely be back😊
My husband and I were looking for a new vet for our fur babies. A couple of our friends recommended Banfield. They were so nice. They took the time to answer any questions we had. They were so gentle and loving to our Remmy. They even called the very next morning, just to see how he was doing. I love that! Shows they care. They aren’t overwhelming on the wallet either. I recommend Banfield to anyone with fur babies

Everyone is so friendly and nice. I feel my dogs get the best care even when they are not so cooperating. They have great hours for those of us with busy work schedules. They have a great wellness plan...I saved over $800 on my two dogs. They had blood work and shots done. Banfield was recommended to me and I recommend them to everyone I know with pets.
