Banegas Construction has completed several projects at my home, including a basement remodel, 3 bathrooms, a new outdoor deck, and painting of the exterior brick. Needless to say, I have a good amount of experience dealing with Julio and his team. My experience with Banegas Construction was very positive. Expert contractor. Is a structural engineer and his wife an architect. Did an exceptional job on my porch and repaired a structural issue on exterior wall to code. Better than expected work by an expert crew. Quick work, great price too, we are very pleased!

I got help from Banegas Construction to finish a remodel of my condo (finishing up a few bathrooms, replacing doors, adding lights). I've been really impressed with the quality of the work that was done. They did the work on time, for a reasonable price. Good communication back and forth throughout all steps of the project. I'd recommend them to friends who want similar work done.
