Brought a vehicle for a repair on the fender and bumper after being backed into. Return to pick up the vehicle to find the bumper wasn’t even replaced as needed, but was given no explanation upon how it was fixed, it sits noticeably different from the other side of the bumper and fender, it does not stay attached to either side fender. Bandy Auto is a classic example of what happens when a business gets too big. The expansion has clearly led to a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. They are too busy chasing profits and growth to maintain any semblance of customer service or reliability. This lack of care for individual customers shows just how far they’ve fallen. The work was done good on my car but there is some thieves that work in that shop. When I picked up my car I noticed some of my old coins and a knife stolen out of my console when I was okay with leaving them in there because it's a garage and should have trust worthy people working there but that's not the case. One pissed customer!!
