Brought a vehicle for a repair on the fender and bumper after being backed into. Return to pick up the vehicle to find the bumper wasn’t even replaced as needed, but was given no explanation upon how it was fixed, it sits noticeably different from the other side of the bumper and fender, it does not stay attached to either side fender. Bandy Auto is a classic example of what happens when a business gets too big. The expansion has clearly led to a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. They are too busy chasing profits and growth to maintain any semblance of customer service or reliability. This lack of care for individual customers shows just how far they’ve fallen.
