I had a great experience with Dr Bands and his staff. They really care. I was unable to work and on pain medications for a year prior to the surgery. 7 weeks after the surgery, I am off all narcotics and back to work supporting my family. Thanks Doctor Bands.
Dr. Bands is excellent. After years of living in pain, he performed a minimally invasive neck surgery that literally gave me back my life. He really cares. Their office is very busy but they do try to stay on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Bands.
Dr.bands rushes you in and out to quickly! The office staff is totally rude and unprofessional. They don't have any respect or manners. Your waiting time is forever! You sit sit sit sit!
Dr Bands promised to take care of me and sold me on a fusion of my L4 -S1 lumbar. Unfortunately it didn't help and has only made things worse. After a year of him telling me to "give it more time" he pushed me out of the office telling me he "no longer has a vested interest in me" when I asked if we could look into other possibilities instead of just removing the hardware... I trusted my life in him and I can't walk or work anymore, and he has no vested interest? This Dr only cares about lining his pockets, STAY AWAY!

Office staff not curtious especially Tracy. If you call with a problem, the person who answers the calls makes promises for the physicians that don't always get carried through. Maybe instead of saying "I'll have the Dr. call" they should consider saying something like "I'll make sure Dr. Bands or Frank gets your message. The person should not make promises that someone will call back shortly because 24 hours later and a second call was to me not "shortly"! Dr. Bands is fantastic. He performed 2 surgeries on me with wonderful results. Dr. Bands goes above and beyond when it comes to providing emotions support to help you understand what is expected after surgery.
