I have enjoyed getting to know the trainers at Bando Performance in Woburn. One of the trainers, Emma, is such a caring, kind, and determined person. I had the opportunity to train with her within my school to prepare for my softball season. She has pushed both me and my teammates to be the best possible versions of ourselves! Bando Performance is the place to be when it comes to training. Bando has helped me reach my goals, and now is helping prepare me to play at the next level. The trainers are top of the line. Emma Duffy is extremely detailed and educated. Whenever I have a question, she goes above and beyond to make sure I am training to the best of my ability. Not only is she a great trainer, but she also creates such a positive environment around the gym, and makes it a place I cannot wait to train in every day.
Great training environment for athletes looking to go to the next level. We had Emma Duffy help our baseball team preseason, helped us gain speed and strength going into the season.
