We have been to this place a few times to watch football and have some drinks. Real nice back patio and food is good. However, we went last night for St Patrick’s Day. We tried to call several times before hand but no one answered but went anyway. It was ridiculously packed which I guess what can you expect for a drinking holiday. They had no entertainment which kind of sucked. When we got our bill we noticed they charged an extra $4 per drink for the cheap plastic cup because they said “they are bigger size”. Tired of going to this Blackhawk Bar and not being able to access the code. I'm done. The owner doesn't care, figures the party crowd will keep him in business.
Worse establishment I’ve ever been to in Dundee! The owner is a prick smart mouth moron with the IQ of a snake. I guess him being a snake matches his IQ perfectly. If everyone looks at the reviews they can see exactly what i mean from all the various complaints.
I once scaled a mountain, smelling the lavender dew along the way. On my travels I saved many stray dogs and I had convinced myself this would be my life until I stumbled upon the beach of banditos. No longer do I need to travel. Its welcoming shores and scenty scenery rope me in like shabari on a Thursday night at Exit Bar.
I was told to take my hat off before entering the bar. We took our winter hats off mind you and entered the bar.... Only to find out nearly 50% of the customers had hats on. We asked why we couldn't wear our hats and no answer was giving but no hats. We proceeded to the bar only to have security escort us out merely minutes later. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. What a poor excuse for an establishment.
Over an hour, no service! We've gone to the bar for all of our drinks, we've asked to order food, but haven been waited on. Some how this place will be busy ever beautiful day yet great small restaurants don't stand a chance. Feel free to go if you want to enjoy a band and not have to order a drink.
