I’ve been going to Melissa at Band It Salon for 8 years now, and I can honestly say she’s the best there is—especially if you’re a blonde! Finding someone who truly understands blonde highlights can be tough, but Melissa nails it every single time. I constantly get compliments on my color, even from other stylists when I go in for a blowout elsewhere. On top of her talent, Melissa is just the kindest, most genuine person. She makes every appointment feel like a visit with a friend. I truly can’t recommend her enough!

Mercedes has been my stylist since 2012. I am not loyal to a salon...I am loyal to Mercedes and will follow her wherever she hangs her license! She has taken me from short and red to long and blonde throughout the years and I am looking forward to how she is going to help me start embracing these sneaky gray hairs as Simply Golden.

Mercedes rocks! She accepted my booking last minute and gave me exact instructions on where to park and access the building(that means so much to someone who gets anxiety with unfamiliar places). I’m not quite good at articulating what I want but she interpreted my vision better than what I had in mind. She doesn’t do balayage but she is a beast with highlights and boy does she deliver! Melissa Dean cuts all of my family's hair! (My husband, my daughter, and me). She is not only a delightful and kind person, she is also a very talented stylist who listens to what you want and then delivers it. And while she doesn't rush, she works very, very quickly so we are in and out of there in no time. You will love Melissa!
