Dr. Alex clearly had a great mentor in his father. It's really cool in this day to see a family business growing. They had excellent quality service and really took the time to explain everything about my treatment in a way I understood. Staff was very friendly from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Dr. Alex was very gentle as I don't like dental visits( like most of us). I'd give a 6th star if I could! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! I'll be sending all of my friends and family there from now on. THANKS!!!!
I've been going to bandera dental for a few years now and I have always had 5 star treatment. To the corporate dental places, your just another number. Here, you get a family that prides itself on helping patients and doing quality work. Dr. Ionescu has even helped me after normal business hours when I had a dental emergency. Its all about their patients well-being, not their bottom line, and that's exactly why I'll never go anywhere else.
Needed a second opinion for some necessary dental work. Making an appointment was a breeze. Excellent, helpful staff. Saw me today and I am so pleased. I have found my new dentist. I've been floundering since my former dentist of many years retired. But, no more. Thank you, Dr Alex.
