I LOVE living at Bandera! I just signed another lease and could not be happier. My apartment is spacious, bright and the size of the closets are like no other apartment I had looked at. They have great community events and the staff are all so friendly and super responsive. Richard their head of maintenance is another great asset and he is so helpful. I love the location and girls if you are anything like me and need great closet space- look no further! I highly recommend you check out Bandera – you won’t be disappointed.
I moved to Bandera at Preston Hollow last summer in 2025 and was only here for a short year, but I'll have to say it was a wonderful experience. The apartments are fantastic for the price and how close they are to Dallas. Also, the community is an aspect to highlight. The front office puts on 1-2 events every single month with great turnout, which makes for great opportunities to meet everyone within this super friendly community. I have loved living here. The apartment itself and the facility are very nice. The staff if helpful and nice, and service requests have been completed promptly. No complaints at all, Bandera is a great place to live
I moved in to Bandera a month ago and I’m so glad I made that decision. The staff all the way from the leasing office to maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is safe and super clean. My experience so far has been great.
Bandera is the perfect option if you need to rent and want to be in the University Park/Highland Park area. I am in my third lease and second unit here and the staff cuts no corners when it comes to luxury living. They are consistently doing refresh projects to make our building a top notch place to live.
