I lived here for 3 years and majority of the time it was a great place to live. We had a great view of the skyline in our apartment, and Richard with maintenance was always awesome. The move in and move out elevator can be very slow and does break down somewhat often which is fine if you don't have an apartment facing NW Hwy since there is another elevator on the other side of the building. Great apts
Bandera has been an amazing place to live! I rented sight unseen and was nervous, but the apartment and building looked exactly like the photos when I arrived. Zoe and Sydney in the office made move-in seamless and always respond quickly when I have a question or concern, and Richard and Edward on the maintenance team are so kind and helpful. Been a resident here for several months. Maintenance team is great, however the office has to usually be called several times before the maintenance actually comes to help. This affected us much when we moved in during the summer and there was no A/C for a few days. The fire alarms going off in the whole building every few days almost the entire winter season due to the water pipes busting is pretty aggravating as well. The team and facilities at Bandera at Preston Hollow are 11/10. Nakita, Zoe, and Sydney are an amazing team, as well as the maintenance team. They get everything done within less than 24 hours, and typically it's faster than that. Everything is extremely well organized and well thought out, and the responsiveness/help of the staff makes it an amazing place to live. Thank you, Bandera team for all that you do! I recommend to anyone looking for a lovely community to move to!
