The team and facilities at Bandera at Preston Hollow are 11/10. Nakita, Zoe, and Sydney are an amazing team, as well as the maintenance team. They get everything done within less than 24 hours, and typically it's faster than that. Everything is extremely well organized and well thought out, and the responsiveness/help of the staff makes it an amazing place to live. Thank you, Bandera team for all that you do! I recommend to anyone looking for a lovely community to move to!

Bandera is the best property I’ve ever lived at. All of the staff, office and maintenance, go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of and happy. If you’re looking to live in the Preston Hollow area, I would definitely recommend Bandera at Preston Hollow.
The entire staff at Bandera Preston Hollow are so helpful and kind. The building is well cared for and they are very quick to respond to resident’s needs. I’m thrilled about being a resident at Bandera Preston Hollow. Thanks to the entire staff!
Been a resident here for several months. Maintenance team is great, however the office has to usually be called several times before the maintenance actually comes to help. This affected us much when we moved in during the summer and there was no A/C for a few days. The fire alarms going off in the whole building every few days due to the water pipes busting is pretty aggravating as well.
