I LOVE living at Bandera! I just signed another lease and could not be happier. My apartment is spacious, bright and the size of the closets are like no other apartment I had looked at. They have great community events and the staff are all so friendly and super responsive. Richard their head of maintenance is another great asset and he is so helpful. I love the location and girls if you are anything like me and need great closet space- look no further! I highly recommend you check out Bandera – you won’t be disappointed.
I've lived at Bandera for 2 1/2 years. Boutique, elegant, quiet. Amenities are great. Pool and gym top notch. Service is rapid on maintenance and friendly. Safe as it's gated and key coded for doors. Great community too. Great access to restaurants and other services. The front office staff is top notch. Location is a huge plus too.
I have loved living here. The apartment itself and the facility are very nice. The staff if helpful and nice, and service requests have been completed promptly. No complaints at all, Bandera is a great place to live
The management and maintenance team at Bandera at Preston Hollow truly make the difference. Sydney and Zoe in the office are always so welcoming and helpful with packages that get dropped off in the office, respond quickly with any questions, and inform residents of community events. The maintenance team specifically, Richard, is friendly, professional, and efficient in his work. I love living at this property! I moved here in August 2025 and it’s been nothing short of spectacular so far. Safe neighborhood, property is secure, quiet neighbors.. no issues whatsoever! Not to mention my apartment is beautiful. I never need maintenance, but the head maintenance man is so kind and goes above and beyond to make it a special place to live.
