Sara and her entire staff are so wonderful to work with. Working with Arielle, I know first hand, they go beyond any expectation to make sure that their clients are well informed, designed to the tee and ensure that they meet the contractors on every presumed date that comes up. Had a horrible experience with Meghan. She was rude, very short, and didn’t seem to have patience to hear my needs. During our meeting she seemed unprepared. But she did have some good ideas.
We have been working with BANDD/DESIGN since 2018 and are impressed with their work throughout the entire process - presentation, selection, installation, to billing. They consider their clients' needs and how they live and help make all process fun & easy, with the end product being beautiful, functional, and creative! Such a great team!
