Best powerlifting gym out there!
I've trained and worked in countless gyms over the years, and this one truly stands out as the best. Huge number of eleico racks and calibrated plates. More refined atmosphere than most powerlifting gyms, but still maintains a hardcore feel. They host IPF events but are very welcoming to lifters from other federations.
I am traveling from the United States to Toronto for a week and Band of Barbells Was extremely gracious enough to host me for the day. They had a really nice and clean training facility very friendly crew and Jimmy who helped give me a tour and show me around was phenomenal. He definitely made the trip out here better. 10/10 Would recommend. Especially if you’re coming from out of country, they are very nice. Thank you again! Hope to see you In the states at my home gym Raw Strength in Michigan someday!
