I am upset. First I ordered Basket of Memories but the pic my niece sent was something else. She said the arrangement was very pretty but it was not what I ordered. I sent a email that night explaining my complaint but I have not heard anything from them. I guess they do not care they have my money and the funeral is over. I am just administer / designer here and off today but wanted to address part of your complaint. Since I am not at work I do not have access to specifics of the second issue. I cannot say enough good things about Bancroft! They were amazing every minute! They communicated well, explained things well, and worked with my budget. I appreciated their honestly and insight along the way. When I went to see my flowers the day before the wedding I cried! I did not expect to see my bouquet and that be the first thing that makes me cry (happy tears). I met with Melonie a couple months ago to plan our wedding flowers. My original plan was to make my bouquets ok my own because I was on a tight budget. I told her what my budget was and she worked with me right away. I also had 9 bridesmaids. She was amazing. She told me where to spend my money when it came to flowers and where not to. I never had to go back to the flower shop, she sent me a picture and I trusted her so much I didn't even go look the day before. The flowers were stunning. They were exactly what my daughter wanted. Phil is a gem and the entire staff is delightful to work with. We had compliments on the arrangements all night long! And the unique bits of flowers/foliage were a huge hit!! Loved, loved, loved it!!
My wife and I worked with Lauren for our wedding in June. She was extremely helpful and receptive to what we wanted. It was easy to see that she cared about the work she did and the service she provided. Plus, the price was excellent for the service and quality we received. We highly recommend Bancrofts to everyone!
Melony at Bancroft's was spectacular to work with for our wedding. She answered all of our questions, and created the most beautiful floral arrangements. Simply divine.
