Terrible place to live. Too many reasons to list them all but lets just say that anything you can imagine being a problem has been a problem since we moved into this place, from flooded apartments AND buildings, mold, huge bugs, crappy maintenance, terrible parking, old appliances that don't work, cars getting broken into at least a few times every month, crappy outside lighting that doesn't work half the time, etc. The 'management' acts like it is normal to have so many different problems in such a short amount of time so w... read more
This place is awful. It is filthy, and the management is rude. It took over 2 months to get the A/C fixed in the summer, the stove barely worked and the dishwasher worked 1 month out of 12! The electric bills for a 3 bedroom were over 350.00 a month!! We tried to get help to find out why and they would not help and when we found out the problem was in the electrical panel, they refused to reimburse us. We paid for part of their electricity! I would never recommend them to anyone!
Great location and nice setting. My wife and I lived in Ardsley Square (part of Banbury) for two years. We were very happy with the location, parklike setting, and the maintenance. The place obviously has underlying age to it, but with the excellent upkeep it looks/functions great. Security is relatively good with limited access and security patrols at night. We would love to renew for a third year, but there are no two bedrooms available (waiting list)!!!
Terrible place to live The apartments are falling apart, but you don't realize it until you move in. Mold/mildew is a big problem on ground units. Cockroack infestation is constantly verbally minimized by management. Don't be fooled, "waterbugs" are cockroaches....look it up. Overpriced for the constant maintenance necessary to even live there.
