The Volacano Spareribs meat was hard, same with the Hainenese Chicken that we ordered. I came with high expectations and I'm so dissapointed.
Food was okay. Felt some dishes should have been served hotter. Most dishes were lukewarm except for the chicken satay. Worst was the service at the end. Took 15 minutes to get the check. Had to ask three times. All the dishes were cleared away already. Just sat there watching the waiters congregate at their station chatting with each other. Asked one of the two hostess for the check.
