I absolutely do not recommend this doctor. Called to make an appointment for my mother for him to be her primary care provider and his receptionist is the most rude, ignorant, unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever had to deal with when making an appointment for medical services esp as a first time patient. Her behavior is outrageous.
Dr Banadda always been the best, my entire family used to go to him when Yvonne was there. Now he have this other receptionist she’s very, very Rude, she has no customer service skills, she’s very arrogant and don’t care about his customers. Because of her rudeness and attitude and behaviors my family had to switch PCP.

The woman who works at the front desk of the office is very rude. When I call about issues that are for the doctor to give me answers about, she makes it her business to tell me what the doctor does or doesn't do. She is not a doctor or even a nurse and she needs to do her job and stay in her place.
Dr Banadda is a very kind, caring physician. He looks at you when you talk to him, and you really feel his concern and empathy, for whatever your problem might be. He has always remained open all during the pandemic, and has observed all rec. protocols for the health and safety of his patients. I enjoy going to him, and just wish more Drs were like him.
