There’s a lot to be desired in terms of care. The doctor is not responsive at all, and even less can be said about his assistant. He is the most unresponsive doctor I’ve ever visited, never proactive, no follow‑up calls, and no discussion of issues from previous visits. The doctor himself seems like a good person, but I can’t say the same about his assistant. My main issue with both of them is that they don’t provide the services I request. I’ve asked for specific tests several times, and they’re either ignored or dismissed as unnecessary. Patients understand changes in their own bodies better than anyone, so it makes sense to honor reasonable test requests, especially when early testing could prevent bigger problems later.

I absolutely do not recommend this doctor. Called to make an appointment for my mother for him to be her primary care provider and his receptionist is the most rude, ignorant, unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever had to deal with when making an appointment for medical services esp as a first time patient. Her behavior is outrageous.

Dr Banadda always been the best, my entire family used to go to him when Yvonne was there. Now he have this other receptionist she’s very, very Rude, she has no customer service skills, she’s very arrogant and don’t care about his customers. Because of her rudeness and attitude and behaviors my family had to switch PCP.
