Great gym, tons of machines. The emphasis is on weights, not cardio like most gyms I visited in town. Everyone is very friendly

Sonny has developed a great community of gym goers. Been going to Bamn for 4 years. He listens to us, upkeep is great and there is a great selection of specialized equipment. For the power lifter or beginner who wants to have access to great trainers with no frills or gimmicks, this is the place for you. And a personal anecdote, a true testament to the integrity of Sonny and Bamn gym goers.
