Amazing invisalign experience - Justin
My family and I have been using this dental office for many years. Today, I brought my government dental insurance card to make an appointment, but the receptionist insisted that I also provide a letter that came with the card, which I no longer have. The younger staff is okay, but the senior staff is very unfriendly and quite rude. She insisted that I couldn’t make an appointment without that letter. The receptionist’s attitude was quite disappointing I hope they can improve their customer service and their policies.
I’ve had my braces these guys for a while, and the staff and service is amazing! I really appreciate all that they have done for me and I would highly recommend coming here for anything dentist related.
Bamburgh Dental Clinic get a 0 start. They show absolutely no professionalism and respectful to patients. No saying good morning, no smile , no welcome atmosphere. While I sitting in the waiting room. I observed the front desk staffs and the team show disunity. one receptionist threw her attitude to a younger receptionist.
