Bamboozle is the most creative spin on Vietnamese food in Tampa Bay. Every item is inspired by Lynn Pham’s family’s recipes. Each batch of Pho begins with homemade stock that has simmered for 24 hours. The fresh rolls are handmade to order. I love the original and kickin chicken. The noodle salads will fill the heartiest of appetites without any guilt as all the food is healthy and delicious. Bamboozle is my go-to for one of the best meals in Tampa. Go see the new renovations.

This is my favorite place to eat and I have been here more times than I can count. The food is fresh and delicious. Lunch atmosphere is a faster pace to serve the bustling downtown crowd. Dinner is quiet table service. The staff is always pleasant and the owner responsive. I typically get the fresh rolls, which are fantastic, but the pho is the best I’ve had.

Ordered today through Uber Eats while at work and the food was amazing. Got the vegan pho with tofu and a veggie roll. Highly recommend.

Drovee across town to eat here. Place was half empty and they said there were too many reservations to seat us. No waiting, sent us away. Saigon Deli from now on. Won’t come here ever again.
