After eating here for years, since March, the restaurant has been unable to make a correct order. Four times since they opened back up, they have screwed up our orders. The food is not worth the aggravation any longer. Ridiculous. The people manning the phones need to be more considerate and pay attention when the customers are speaking to them, and verify orders before rushing them off the phone.
RecommendedMy best friend and I order from bamboo wok every Tuesday and each time the food is delicious never had a bad experience and we’ve been ordering for like two years. Highly recommended for a Delicious meal.
Quality has been declining past few months. Ordered orange chicken this evening that had two pieces of lemon rind, no orange. Completely flavorless. So disappointed.
My go-to place for “real” Chinese food. It is the only place I will go.
