Leilei zhen is so awesome! It’s a record breaking transaction! Less than two weeks closing with a holiday in between. One important key point is, my case is very urgent and the seller is requesting for a quick turnaround time for closing, the day when she took my case , I called her in the evening, she worked immediately to make sure she could set up everything on time ( she stayed up till 2:30am to work on my information that night while she was still on her vacation).
