My first time in and I'm a fan! The atmosphere is fantastic, the music is perfect, the service was solid and the food was divine!
By far the best Asian Fusion eatery in the Temecula Valley. The moment you walk in you enter into a new zone - the Bamboo House Zone. Excellent and fast service, the food comes out HOT, the decor is breathtaking and the colors take you back to a foreign time and place. Everything you taste is 'dialed in' as if you were in Saigon near the beach eating the most delectable cuisine. I love the Pho and the SUSHI is extremely tasty and fresh! 2 thumbs up! They should give Max tha sushi chef a big fat raise cause he is the reason that place Ricks.
The Bamboo House is the best, my Friend Max is the best Sushi Chef and he's Japanese so he knows what good Sushi is all about, always using the best and freshest ingredients and making spectacular dishes. And Chase the Manager is the best always making sure you are having a great experience. Here is one of the best Sushi dishes Max just made for us over the weekend it was Max,s special dish that's not on the Menu but one of the best Sushi Dishes I've ever had the Slayer Roll by Max
Its a perfect “A” for my Tonkotsu Ramen! Yummy! I recommend this place to anyone!
