Bamboo house Chinese in Holyoke Ma, has great food but very bad customer service. So Ashamed of this place.
Bad customer service such rudeness Shouldn't be treating people that way.
It's not the food I hate... food is great, but what ever happened to good customer service. The guy taking calls is so rude! If he doesn't understand something he starts yelling at you. I rather order somewhere else to avoid it all.
