Spare ribs in black bean sauce is good. If the thing you want isn't on display, ask them to make it!
Walnut prawn is good here and cheap. I love the wonton soup too. Barbecue pork is highly recommended.

Their sweet and sour pork or chicken is fantastic!

Best schezwan chicken ever........ This is one of my most favorite restaurants ever. I moved to Washington and I still have not found a restaurant that tastes as good as Bamboo's schezwan chicken. Yum! Their prices are reasonable and the owners are super friendly. You really don't want to miss out on eating there.
