Disappointing – For a kids salon, this is not kid friendly. We were a walk in and got a luke warm reception. The hairdresser that my daughter had did not even acknowledge her throughout the cutting and looked like she'd rather be elsewhere. This is not a cheap place and if you are marketing yourself as a kid's salon, then the staff need to engage with the kids. Would not go back.
very bad experience and rip off for the kids hair – It is one of the worst experience I had in kids' hair saloon. It is actually a rip off. They treat kids horrible. We went there for a four years old's hair cut, and she has really curly hair. The hair dresser didn't want to wash her hair and she sat her to the cutting chair and she asked extra $10 for spraying the detangler. You can buy a bottle of detangler to the $10.
