ordered something from them received the wrong item paid $50+ shipping & returned at my expense & they never even apologise gave me a credit tried to fix the issue NOTHING! JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND ME FOR THE ITEM OF WHICH I didn't order & had No way of using what they did send me!...I will never advise ANYONE to order from this company who doesn't stand by the customer..$50!!! down the drain... Don't get anything from them...

they made a mistake for the price on their website. I caught the mistake and they say they will honor the price. Since I was in west coast when I call, their store already get closed. I called the other day and they told me since I didn't call early yesterday, they cannot honor the price no more. I guess it is my fault but really upset that no one told me only one day to call. Beautiful furniture, excellent customer service. We ordered a crib and were told it would take about 12 to 14 weeks as it was being fabricated overseas after we ordered. As a nervous pregnant woman, i checked in multiple times and got updates! Delivery came on time and they put it together!
