Still waiting on replacement parts months later, along with some form of refund for all the hassle we’ve had to deal with. Terrible, unresponsive service. Even submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint with no response to that. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll pay a lot for furniture that is damaged. You’d be better off going to a big box store.
Awesome place and experience. They have a large selection of mid to high grade stuff. No cheap particle board junk. Lots of real wood furniture. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making this super easy for us

Still waiting on a reply from customer service on an update for $400+ worth of crib bedding I ordered on 9/13. I was promised a call back the same day... I called on Monday of this week and am still waiting not to mention the representative was very rude during my inquiry call, even talking over me at times. I ordered my grandsons crib earlier in the summer, without default everything went smoothly. At that point I would recommend Bambi Baby, but after this last order, not so much.
I bought an $800 dresser from Bambi Baby about a year ago .. many of the ‘self-closing’ drawers stopped closing properly within just a few months. When I inquired with customer service I was told to unscrew the drawer safety features to take all the drawers out and then put them back in to try to ‘reset’ them. 🤔
I purchased my Crib, changing table, car seats, stroller at Bambi Baby in Huntington... I had John help me with everything and I would recommend going to him for anything baby related! He is so honest and amazing! He was so helpful and made the entire experience so enjoyable and easy... if you need anything or even just advice go see John at Bambi Baby! Thank you John!!! :)
