The shopping at bama rv was a pleasure no pressure. But when we got there to pick up our new 5th wheel the person that was working on it had gotten hurt and no one followed up they droped the ball. But they recovered nicely we went to lunch came back ( it looked like they were 4 people working on our 5th wheel) they helped us hook it up showing us everything. I would recommend Bama RV to anyone.

Went and seen Shawn at Bama Rv service department. I was there no more then 10 minutes and was on my way home. Shawn is courteous well mannered person. I enjoyed my Conversation with him and the help he was able to provide, I look forward to my next visit which I'm sure will be great also.
OUR ADVICE IS TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS DOTHAN, ALABAMA RV DEALERSHIP. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! The sales staff and the service techs are okay; the service manager is apparently the problem. If you can get him to return calls you are VERY lucky. We bought our RV new from Bama RV in March of 2016. The dealership was under new ownership and the sales staff was friendly.
