Bryan Parker the parts and inventory manager is so kind and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail so even this camping newbie can understand. He will be my go-to person for all things camping from now on.
I called the BAMA RV service center after discovering my RV's thermostat and furnace was not working. We had gone through a cold night without heat and needed some help. Lynn was able to make room on her service schedule to get us in immediately. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed that all of my concerns were met.
