This was the worst experience I have ever had with getting any vehicles worked on in my life! I will NOT recommend them to anyone!! It is bad business when you flat out lie to the customer and don’t keep their word. I could keep going but will leave it be. P.S it takes a whole lot of crap to get me to give a bad review! (Just saying)
AVOID!! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR! THEY ARE SUPER INCOMPETENT AND RUDE!!! They'll tell you that your car will be ready in a day or 2, then after that time frame passes you won't hear crap from them. If you try to call them you either get hung up on or given the run around like they don't want your money and just want to keep your car. Wow what great business practices! This place needs their business license revoked yesterday!!! I wonder if the BBB knows about their bad business habits?

I had my heater core replaced here, which took almost a month and cost $700. They put the old water and antifreeze back in the car, they broke a $50 part on the car’s intake and neglected to tell me, and they threw everything out of the console and left it in the back floor board. Now the car has an annoying rattle in the dash. Do NOT take your vehicle to Bama Radiator!
