Kinda split on this review. People here are nice and friendly from the shipping office to the shag driver. Communication could be better though. When you're late for a loading appt you will be the last truck of the night to load. For reasons beyond my control I got here at 4pm for an 8am appt. Yep, late. Now here's where brokers come in. They said no worries, they'll load ya quick. We all know brokers don't lie. My unloading was for 11pm the same night. That's out the window. It's Friday, even worse. The guy at the check-in was awesome and nice. Even the yard jockey was awesome to deal with and super friendly. They took me in at 1730 and got me done within a 2-3hr window and let me sleep on the lot. I will recommend coming here for a pickup or delivery.

If I could give a negative star review I would this place is bull crap My appointment was for 10:00 a.m. this morning it is now going on 320 in the afternoon and I'm still waiting for a door had five people come in after me that have gotten a door and then they expect me to be up in Kansas by 9:00 tonight for an appointment that they're making me late for Management needs to get on that game and straighten this shit out no wonder why this place got a crappy rating
They do allow overnight parking also pet friendly pets are allowed only on the grass
