Bama Air is awesome!!! I recently had a bout of bad luck with my heat pump. I had to call Bama Air three times within 2 weeks. Each time they were able to get me in the same day. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need or tell me I needed a new unit. We love Bama Air and here is why: We've had terrible luck with our AC system. The folks who had serviced it before gave us a bad deal on their work and then a replacement.
