RecommendedAs cold as it was this morning, it couldn’t have been a worse night for the heat to go out! I gave Josh a call first thing this morning. They got right on it and had a tech (Michael) out there within an hour! Michael had it diagnosed and repaired in no time.

The a/c went out on the top 2 floors of our Smith Lake rental house. They came out very quickly and fixed the problem. The 2 technicians were polite and professional. I’d hire them again without hesitation if we lived locally.

I called Monday morning to setup an appointment to have our AC checked and serviced because it had not been cooling properly and to also have my mom’s checked and serviced.
