Ordered over $500 in parts some of which BAM had to go elsewhere to get. I get a email stating they are 5-7 days delayed. on day 8 haven't heard anything. Call BAM leave 2 messages apparently Nate doesn't check messages or chooses not to call back. Send an email get the same 5-7 day delay email. Who knows if I will get parts or not. STAY AWAY if you want some customer service.
Save yourself a headache, order from somewhere else. I made the mistake of ordering an item for my vehicle from Bam Wholesale. Once I received it determined that it did not fit my vehicle keeping in mind that I provided my VIN to ensure fitment. Contacted them to notify them it didn’t fit and included pictures. They were immediately unpleasant saying that the part did fit my vehicle and what fitment problem. Finally determined that they sent parts for the wrong vehicle. I purchased a $200 part and paid for overnight shipping. 4 days later no part and they could care less. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Horrible customer service. Will not reply to emails. Never received my order and no one at BAM cares. Stay away.
