This is a great gym! Great atmosphere, great people and amazing programming. If you are looking to find a place that will motivate you and help you build confidence BAM is for you! Perfect for all fitness levels.
I’ve been to CrossFit gyms all around the world, and this one is by far the best. The programming, cleanliness, amazing coaching, equipment, all 10 out of a 10! I had coach Melinda! She is educational as heck. Not only is she educated in personal training, certified with CrossFit, she’s also an OT. The coaches and members truly make you feel so welcome, it’s like a big family here! Once you go to this gym you will never leave. I’m obsessed!
I drop in here when I’m in town. Fantastic programming and great coaching. Nothing but great things to say.
