Zero accountability on their severe lack of communication and diligence. Ed Balzarini has a nasty attitude about me “calling and giving them a hard time,” because I found out from my doctors after months of going to appts, no one has even contacted my doctors office for any records (gathering of evidence for my case). He has contacted me all of 4 times in 8 months, my vehicle still is not repaired.
