I've been seeing Balun for I believe at least a couple years now. I see Dr. Donald Balun every 1 to 2 months for a follow up appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Balun for a few years. He is very compassionate, understanding, supportive and has amazing insights. I saw him today and am having a difficult time. In a normal 20-minute appointment slot, he spent 1 hour with me. I am deeply grateful that he is my doctor. Dr. Balun is an asset to Mercy. I have options of other cheaper insurance but haven't taken because I couldn't see Dr. Balun. Dr. Balun is the very best!
