If I could give negative stars I would. Daniel was supposed to help my mother purchase rental properties. But after months of back and forth we had enough and requested to cancel the deal and get a refund. Never received a dime back and Dan disappeared into thin air after I informed him I would be seeing legal action! I also just had another person reach out to me based on another review I had left. Apparently they are going through similar ordeals of Dan not responding when it comes down to time to actually handle business.... read more
