Unfair and Deceptive Business practices on apps that are meant to help people with low incomes.
They are very unprofessional. they will file a eviction and charge late fees on their app without checking the zelle to see if you paid. why make zelle a option to pay if they never check it and update the app to show that you paid. worst property management i have dealt with. Also the landlord doesn’t hire anyone to fix problems he does them himself and then baltimore village calls you to see if the problem is fixed like they sent someone outside the landlord to fix it.
Leah and the team made the leasing process quick and easy. I found a good tenant fast, and their 7% fee is fair. Communication has been smooth, and everything’s going well so far. Leah’s great for leasing, Debbi handles maintenance, and Vanessa helps with rooming. Highly recommend!
