Leah and the team made the leasing process quick and easy. I found a good tenant fast, and their 7% fee is fair. Communication has been smooth, and everything’s going well so far. Leah’s great for leasing, Debbi handles maintenance, and Vanessa helps with rooming. Highly recommend!

This is not a trust worthy company for Landlords. I'm not sure if this is a real business or a scam. They ghosted me, no communications for months. Kept all of the rent and deposits. When I call they insist someone will follow up and no one does.
Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with! There’s a plethora of good reviews on here which has me believing it’s personal how my and my family are being treated. On Fathers Day all the way back in June, my dishwasher acted up and it flooded my kitchen. They never got around to letting the property manager know until a month later.
