This is not a trust worthy company for Landlords. I'm not sure if this is a real business or a scam. They ghosted me, no communications for months. Kept all of the rent and deposits. When I call they insist someone will follow up and no one does.
Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with! There’s a plethora of good reviews on here which has me believing it’s personal how my and my family are being treated. On Fathers Day all the way back in June, my dishwasher acted up and it flooded my kitchen. They never got around to letting the property manager know until a month later. I been renting with Baltimore village for 6 years now and I love them they are very nice and respectful maintenance fixes things as soon as they can they also work with you they are not just quick to evict you cause they know life can get hard

SECOND UPDATE: JUST GOT NEW FRIDGE DELIVERED TODAY!!!Everything has been addressed. I will definitely say they are pretty quick with maintenance and replacing items that need to be replaced. UPDATE: I received my mailbox key and new washer. They have to replace a part on the dishwasher and property manager will be back out to try again on the fridge(crossing fingers).
