treated like family, compassionate and caring, state of the art facility
I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy on 9/25/20. I was anxious and not feeling well when I arrived at the surgical center. But when I arrived, I was greeted kindly and immediately felt at ease. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind, compassionate and professional. I would like to thank all of the staff for making my experience quite pleasant. Dr. Schreiber, Dr. Jennings, Cyndy Compton, Kellie Yost, Lisa Almond, Casey Liberto and Pam Reedy were wonderful. I highly recommend the Downtown Baltimore Surgery Center.
Worst experience ever if you are a minority. They make you feel like your unwelcomed. How do you schedule several patients to have a procedure at the same time by the same doctor. I have a serious issue cant swallow. Appointment was at 9 well its 10:20 vitals not even done . Do not come here
