Extremely unprofessional. They attempted to bring us a tenant, but we are still waiting for the money after more than a week. Many empty promises, but we're still waiting for the money. The money collected was supposedly $5,250, but all we have received was $2,500. Their fee was supposed to be $1,312.50 (I have this in text only) so where is our remaining $1,437.50?
