I'm so tired of getting there 15 minutes before my son's appointment only to wait 30-40 minutes for him to be seen. Dr. Greenwald is terrific, but it would be nice if the staff recognized that their patients' time is just as valuable as their own. Thank heavens for April in the Ellicott City office who was able to take care of rescheduling us after we could no longer wait for our 3:10 appointment and left the Catonsville office at 3:30.
We've been happy with their treatment and the ability to "fit" us in without an appointment. Just started the treatment for the kiddos...so far so good.
Awesome place for adults and kids. I highly recommend them. Dr. Spivak and the staff treats their patients with TLC. I love my new smile.
