Does anyone answer the phone here? I can never get in contact with the front desk or any one of that matter, no matter how many messages I leave, or what time I call. Its frustrating , definitely when it pertains to a patient. Gotta do better!

Great care, but I want to call out staffer who went above and beyond as she left for day: Doreen Gainer. She stopped and helped me find my key after I tripped and got banged up. She also took a good 15 minutes trying to help and let an older couple struggling w/ prescription coverage even though she was clear that it was not her area of expertise. Care Bravely Hero! employee
Called multiple times, left multiple messages and still haven't received a call back. I guess business must be that good where you don't have to call back potential patients...
Dr. Garonzik is a great doctor and he took excellent care of me. I had developed an infection in my back from a implant that I had put in and he was on point with controlling the infection. He explain in detail this plan of action to control and get rid of my infection which of course includes surgery. After Dr. Garonzik explained everything in detail, I absolutely had no questions.
