You will wait several hours to be seen. My last 3 appointments have had a combined wait time of over 7 hours for very simple matters. Lots of questionably hygienic practices. Go somewhere else, especially if Dr. Rainey is your provider here. Edit: their billing department is also rude and incompetent. They incorrectly billed my insurance and were condescending to me and telling me to fix it when it's been a year and a half since the visits and their mistake. I work in healthcare finance IT. I have been a patient since 1985. Dr. Rainey is the worst doctor i have seen at Matilda Koval currently known as Baltimore Medical systems. She has no empathy for her patients. Her behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional. Request another doctor. She will tell you to google your symptoms in a tone of voice thats is unprofessional. Thinking about moving to another medical dr.

This place dont need any stars i hate this place most of them are lazy and dont do what they are suppose to i only been there for at least 6 months and been seen 3 to2 times i hate it they always have problems and excuses about everything NO STARS THROW THE WHOLE CLINIC IN THE TRASH
