Yeah listen to the other reviews. I get here at 3:50 for my 4:00. I end up at the wrong building because they don’t specify what building is what. I wait for 15 mins in said building just to be told I’m in the wrong one. She calls the correct one to tell them I’m on my way. I got to the office and it was EMPTY. But they still wouldn’t take my appointment. I drove 30 mins away.

This place is an absolute joke. They never know what's going on from one minute to the next every appointment I've ever had has been cancelled that day and rescheduled for a later date. The ladies at the desk never know how to type in your information or your insurance information. The doctors all had horrible bedside manner borderline rude. Every medical question that I had they said they don't know they would have to research it. They're only going to get one star because I can't give then 0 Stars

New Update. We were scheduled at 9 AM. We waited until 1 PM, at which point the entire hospital shut down for a "staff lunch meeting" while we waited, and were told if we can't wait to leave and reschedule. RIDICULOUS... they don't make time for our scheduled appointment, doctors go to lunch, while we were sitting in the waiting room hungry and we obviously left without being seen THEN THEY BILLED US FOR THE APPOINTMENT. My kids doc is Doctor Terry. She haven't disappointed yet. Other doctors and nurses are great. I noticed many immigrant patients and their family. I heard that they may offer payment plan option for those that may not have insurance. Must make appointment way in advanced especially around back to school.
